Refund Policy

Important: All digital product sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (instant delivery and immediate access upon purchase), all sales of digital downloads, ebooks, templates, prompt packs, workbooks, toolkits, and any other digital products are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have read the product description in full before purchasing
• Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be "returned"
• No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund or exchange in the following exceptional circumstances:
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge)
• You did not receive access to the product within 48 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
• The product file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement

3. Done-For-You Services
For custom done-for-you services (AI Business Systems, custom app development, and similar bespoke work):
• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
• Refunds are not available once work has commenced
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative fees
All service agreements will outline the specific terms applicable to your project.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
• Dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence of delivery
• Permanently ban your account from future purchases
• Pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels
